Welcome to Maison De Christelle. To maintain the highest standards of service, artistry, and client care, the following policies are in place. These guidelines allow us to respect our artists’ time, protect our work, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless and elevated experience.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below.
Appointments & Bookings
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
An appointment is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
Deposit Application
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due in full at the conclusion of your appointment.
We accept cash and major credit cards.
Consultations
Consultations are required for first-time clients and for services involving
lash extensions, brow treatments, or permanent makeup to ensure results are
customized safely and professionally.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We understand that schedules may change; however, last-minute cancellations directly affect our artists and other clients.
48-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least
48 hours in advance to retain your deposit for a future appointment.
Late Cancellations
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will:
- Result in loss of deposit
- Require payment of 100% of the service cost
- Prevent future bookings until the balance is settled
Arrival & Studio Etiquette
Punctuality
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation,
and the deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures fairness to clients
scheduled after you.
Guests, Children & Pets
For safety, hygiene, and focus, no extra guests, children, or pets
are permitted in the studio.
Makeup-Free Policy
Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and skin
for lash and brow services. Excessive makeup removal may incur a cleaning fee.
Existing or Foreign Lash Work
Clients with lash extensions applied by another artist must book a foreign fill or consultation. We may recommend a full removal if existing work does not meet our standards. Longevity and results cannot be guaranteed when working over previous applications.

At Maison De Christelle, your confidence and satisfaction are extremely important to us. While issues with lash retention are exceptionally rare, we proudly stand behind our work.
The 3-Day Lash Guarantee
What Is Covered
We offer a 72-hour (3-day) guarantee on all new lash sets.
If you experience unexpected lash loss, discomfort, or application-related issues
within this period, we will provide a complimentary fix or refill.
Why 3 Days?
According to international lash standards, any true application-related issues
will present themselves within the first 72 hours.
If no issues appear during this time, the application is considered successful.
How to Claim the Guarantee
- You must contact us within 3 days of your appointment
- Issues reported after this period are not eligible for complimentary adjustments
- Delayed communication voids the guarantee
After the Guarantee Period
Any concerns arising after the 3-day period are typically related to aftercare, hygiene, or lifestyle factors rather than the application itself. Detailed aftercare instructions are provided to support long-lasting results.
Lip Blush Appointment Policy
Due to the nature of lip blush treatments, special policies apply. Lip blush is a detailed and time-intensive procedure that requires advanced preparation and strict hygiene standards.
Appointment Confirmation
Lip blush appointments are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
Appointments booked without a deposit are not secured.
Deposit Policy
Lip blush deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of
cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show.
Why This Policy Is Necessary

- Strict hygiene and sterilization preparation
- Single-use sterile materials prepared in advance
- Limited daily availability to ensure safety and quality
Once a lip blush appointment is booked, these resources are prepared specifically for you. Late cancellations make it impossible to refill the reserved time, and prepared sterile materials must be safely discarded.

Aftercare Responsibility
Following your lip blush procedure, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions designed to support proper healing and optimal results.
Adhering to these instructions is essential for achieving and maintaining the best possible pigment retention, color outcome, and overall appearance.
Failure to follow the recommended aftercare guidelines may negatively affect healing, pigment retention, and final results. In such cases, Maison De Christelle cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from improper aftercare.
Your cooperation is a vital part of the process and plays a key role in achieving a beautiful, balanced, and long-lasting result.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services and the time, expertise, and premium materials involved:
- All deposits are non-refundable
- All services are final
- No refunds are issued
